Each item is made specifically for you, and we begin preparing your order based on the details selected at checkout.

If We Make a Mistake

If your order arrives with a mistake on our end such as receiving the wrong item, size, color, or a defective product please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if the mistake is confirmed to be ours, we will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
