If we make a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item or providing an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information so we can review the issue.
If the mistake is confirmed to be ours, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once production has started.
